Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our reportage photography learning services, including any associated websites, coursework, and communications. By continuing to use the service, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Using the Service
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction and ensure that your account details are accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account integrity
- You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- You must not share paid access with unauthorized third parties unless explicitly permitted.
- You agree to promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. Content and License
Course materials are licensed for personal learning. Redistribution, public posting, resale, sublicensing, or creating derivative works of protected materials is prohibited without prior written permission, except where otherwise allowed by law.
Your contributions
If you submit assignments, comments, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have rights to submit it and that it does not violate third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display such submissions solely to provide and improve the learning experience.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service or abuse communication features. You agree not to access the service using automated means that could degrade performance, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with other users.
Prohibited actions
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code beyond what is permitted by law.
- Uploading malicious code, scraping at scale, or probing for vulnerabilities.
- Harassment, hate speech, or sharing unlawful content through course communities.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely. Refunds follow the policy stated in FAQ and course pages. Where a refund is granted, access to refunded materials may be revoked as necessary to prevent continued use beyond the scope of the refund.
Taxes and billing
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees that may apply. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the outstanding amount is resolved.
5. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect improvements and legal requirements. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via a notice on the website). Your continued use of the service after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections intended to survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the service.
Practical note
We work to keep course content accurate and accessible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or specific learning outcomes.
